Legend of Ramayana? from Indonesia or India?

Is it true that Ramayana and Mahabharata stories come from Indonesia?

Ramayana (from Sanskrit: रामायण, Rāmāyaṇa, derived from the word Radāma and Ayaṇa meaning "Journey Rama") is an Indian epic story composed by Walmiki (Valmiki) or Balmiki. Another epic story is the Mahabharata. Ramayana is also found in Javanese literature treasures in the form of Ramayana kakawin, and its novels in Javanese language which are not all based on kakawin. In Malay it is also found that Hikayat Seri Rama whose content is different from the kakawin Ramayana in the ancient Javanese language.

Mahabharata (Sanskrit: महाभारत) is an ancient literary work originating from India. Traditionally, the author of the Mahabharata is Begawan Byasa or Vyasa. This book consists of eighteen books, then called Astadasaparwa (asta = 8, dasa = 10, parwa = book). However, there is also a belief that this story is actually a collection of many stories that originally scattered-pencar, which was collected since the 4th century BC. In short, Mahabharata tells the story of the five Pandavas' conflicts with their cousin the hundred Korawa, regarding the dispute over the rights of the state government of Astina. The peak was the Bharatayuddha war in the Kurusetra field and the battle lasted for eighteen days.

So the two stories are NOT from Indonesia but from INDIA.
